Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Visa Agent AI (visa-agent.ai), a product of Digital Space Ltd, Private Company.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your transaction is with Paddle, and their Terms of Service apply to the payment itself.

1. Free trial

All Pro subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to Pro features. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost and will not be billed.

We strongly encourage you to evaluate the service during the trial period to ensure it meets your needs before the first charge is applied.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current billing period.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. There are no cancellation fees.

3. Refund eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If you were unable to access or use the service due to a technical fault on our end for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you were charged more than once for the same period or product, or charged after a valid cancellation.
  • Unused billing period: If you request a refund within 14 days of a subscription renewal and have not materially used the service during that renewal period, we will consider a full refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the free trial has ended and the service has been used.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (reports, documents, chat responses), as output quality can vary and is provided on an as-is basis.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date, where the renewal charge was clearly communicated.

4. One-off purchases

Day passes and report bundles are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.

  • Unused purchases: If a day pass or report bundle has not been activated or used, a full refund may be provided upon request.
  • Used purchases: Once a day pass has been activated or a report has been generated, the purchase is considered consumed and is generally non-refundable.
  • Goodwill exceptions: If a purchased feature did not function as described due to a technical issue, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@visa-agent.ai with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The Paddle receipt or transaction number.
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Under Australian Consumer Law, services must be:

  • Provided with due care and skill.
  • Fit for any specified purpose.
  • Supplied within a reasonable time.

If the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, regardless of the terms set out above. For more information about your rights, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
