This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Visa Agent AI (visa-agent.ai), a product of Digital Space Ltd, Private Company. We've tried to keep it plain-language and predictable. If anything is unclear, email info@visa-agent.ai and we'll explain.
All payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Polar handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your transaction is with Polar, and their Terms of Service apply to the payment itself. Refunds approved under this policy are issued by Polar back to your original payment method.
You can use the free tier of Visa Agent indefinitely without entering payment details. No money changes hands, so this policy doesn't apply to free use.
A fresh 14-day refund window opens with each successful charge - your initial purchase, and every subscription renewal. You can request a refund of a specific charge within 14 days of that charge being made. Charges older than 14 days are outside the policy window (though see section 13 on statutory rights for any consumer-law remedies that may still apply).
Eligibility within the window depends on what you bought:
Refundable in full within 14 days of the charge, regardless of usage. You can use the AI features, generate templates, and explore the product, and still request a refund of that charge if you decide it's not for you. We don't gate refund eligibility on what you've used during the period.
A Day Pass is a 24-hour consumption window - the value of the product is the active session. Refundable in full within 14 days, but only if the pass has not been used. We treat a pass as used if any of the following happened during the active 24-hour window:
If you bought a Day Pass and didn't use it (e.g., bought it in error), email us within 14 days and we'll refund.
An Arrive Month Pass gives 30 days of access to relocation features. Same rule as the Day Pass: refundable in full within 14 days, only if the pass has not been used (no AI suburb research, no bank comparison sessions, no checklist syncing during the active window). Bought one and didn't end up needing it - email us, we'll refund.
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time from your account billing page or via the Polar customer portal accessible from there. Upon cancellation you retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period - no immediate downgrade, no further charges. There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. If you want a refund of your most recent charge, follow the process in section 11 within the 14-day window for that charge.
We email you 5 days before each renewal so you can decide whether to continue. If you cancel during that 5-day window, the renewal does not happen and you're not charged.
You may switch between PRO subscription plans (for example, from 1 Month to 3 Months) at any time from the billing page.
If a renewal payment fails (card declined, expired, insufficient funds), Polar will retry the payment a few times over the following days and email you. If the payment ultimately can't be collected, your subscription moves to a past due state and PRO access drops to the free tier until you update your payment method via the customer portal.
Failed-payment situations don't trigger refunds because no successful charge occurred. If your card was charged but you believe it shouldn't have been (e.g., fraud), contact us first - we can typically resolve it faster than a chargeback.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We'd much rather refund you directly under this policy than fight a chargeback. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution, and the disputed transaction being treated as contested rather than refunded. Once the dispute is resolved, we'll restore access or process a refund as appropriate.
Prices are shown in USD and AUD on our pricing page; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Polar adds applicable sales tax / GST / VAT based on your billing location at checkout time. Refunds are issued in the same currency you were charged in. If your bank converted USD to a local currency at purchase time and again at refund time, small differences due to exchange-rate movement are not something we control or compensate for.
We may adjust pricing over time. If we change the price of a plan you're already subscribed to, the new price applies from your next renewal only - your current billing period continues at the rate you originally signed up at. We'll email you about any price increases at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
If you delete your account, any active PRO subscription is cancelled immediately and access ends at deletion (not at the end of the billing period). If you delete within the 14-day window of your most recent charge, you can still request a refund under this policy. After 14 days, account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of already-charged amounts.
Active Day Pass / Arrive Month Pass entitlements are forfeited on account deletion; refunds are available under the same unused-only rule as section 3.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Polar and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If we decline a refund and you disagree, here's the path forward:
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Where local consumer law provides rights or remedies that exceed those set out above, those rights and remedies apply. Specifically, the consumer guarantees - including that services be supplied with due care and skill, fit for any specified purpose, and within a reasonable time - cannot be excluded by this policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
