Prior Australian visa refusals - Realistic path to work experience?

I'm currently pursuing a Global MBA in Business Analytics from a UK university, with about three years of professional experience in digital marketing, operations, and analytics. My goal is to gain professional experience in Australia through an internship, graduate program, or employer sponsorship, focusing on roles like Business Analyst or Project Management. However, I've had both an Australian Student Visa and a Visitor Visa refused in the past, which makes me unsure if Australian employers would even consider me for opportunities or if sponsorship would be almost impossible. I'm looking for honest advice on whether this is a realistic goal, if internships are open to international students studying abroad, and what industries might be most open to someone with my background. Any insights from those who've navigated similar challenges would be greatly appreciated.
