820/801 Partner Visa: How often to upload ongoing evidence?

Hi everyone, I lodged my onshore 820/801 Partner Visa application back in April 2026 and I'm currently on a Bridging Visa A. We made sure to front-load everything we could when we applied, including all our health exams, police checks, sponsor documents, and most of our initial relationship evidence. Now I'm wondering about the best strategy for uploading ongoing relationship evidence. I'm talking about things like new joint bank statements showing shared expenses, updated mortgage or household bill payments, new joint insurance policies, or any other financial evidence that accumulates after the initial lodgement. For those of you who also front-loaded your application, how often did you upload these kinds of documents? Did you do it regularly every few months, only when something really significant became available, or did you hold off until your case officer actually requested more information? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences and what approach you found effective.
